This medium-roast 50/50 blend brings together two exceptional single-origin coffees: a washed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and a washed Colombia Tolima. Both origins are known for their clarity, sweetness, and clean expression, perfect building blocks for a blend that’s meant to feel familiar yet quietly elegant.
